I been there with my friend since they told me the restaurant change concept. The manager i guess also the owner told us new concept in hong kong steak house, i think there is may be other thousand steak house in hk. By the way we order the steak 1Kg the bigger plus some focaccia as appetiser. The focaccia was ok. By the way we order the steak 1Kg the bigger plus some focaccia as appetiser. The focaccia was ok. After we was waiting for more than 20 minutes, the manager-owner told us we have to wait more because they are cooking the steak. Actually he didn't ask as how we wish to cook the steak, but after 20 minutes he told us will cook medium rare for us. I was surprise how the medium rare need long time but ok we wait more. After 30 minutes we got steak. The presentation was simple and he told us about the sous on the side: totally no match but nothing to say since was side sous, and i noted there was a lot of fat surround the steak. The steak was served without side dish despite the price was around hkd 800. But the worst would be come.  The aspect i can say was bit more the medium rare more near medium but ok. But the huge surprise when i get one pcs i cut and try. It was horrible marinated with strong herbs. Surprise despite the aspect was medium rare the steak was chew and inedible. I guess the steak was old and frozen with herbs ( i guess to cover the lower quality of the steak), defrost in the microwave and cooked in the flat grill. Unbelievable. I didnt eat was totally inedible for my point of view. After this the manager-owner suggest us the tiramisu. he said " My mother recipe "> Please give me a break! It was zabaione with mango or strawberry, it was also bad as zabaion but for sure was Not tiramisu. I suggest to improve as faster as they could.
