Why is there STYROFOAM (泡沫塑料) in my food?My wife and I came to this restaurant looking for a quick meal tonight, just to fill an empty stomach. The food was so-so, nothing spectacular...The worst part was that half way through our meal, my wife found styrofoam mixed in with her vegetables (see pictures). When we brought it to the attention of the waiter, he was speechless and just ignored us. As we left to pay for the meal, the manager looked at the styrofoam and said sorry, but still charged us
Why is there STYROFOAM (泡沫塑料) in my food?
My wife and I came to this restaurant looking for a quick meal tonight, just to fill an empty stomach.
The food was so-so, nothing spectacular...
The worst part was that half way through our meal, my wife found styrofoam mixed in with her vegetables (see pictures).
When we brought it to the attention of the waiter, he was speechless and just ignored us. As we left to pay for the meal, the manager looked at the styrofoam and said sorry, but still charged us for the half finished dish that had the extra ingredient (styrofoam) in it.
Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back here for another meal in the future. I urge other patrons to examine their meals carefully, or risk consuming a poisonous special ingredient.
