They look down on customers

Thought to try sth new before going to movies. There was a queue during lunch time, so thought it must be good. Well, food was overall ok on the all day breakfast and pork floss, but not the iced cappucino and iced chocolate. Tasted crap. Whats worse? The freaking service!! Horrible service that a customer could ever receive at a cafe. The waiters n waitress gave us a feeling of looking down on customers in general. Refuse to help u at all.
