Time flies and now there is a third branch of Ichigen in Central!!!At the Central branch, they have cold ramen with shrimp and sesame sauce which is the best thing for summer.The decor is pretty much consistent with the other two branches.They even have USB charging points at the bar tables.As well as the cold noodle, they have the SET for 2 for HKD388 which includes 2 ramens, Gyoza, A box of noodles and a Power pack charger.I ordered the exclusive cold noodles which was topped with ginger temp

I ordered the exclusive cold noodles which was topped with ginger tempura, prawns and pork.
The soupless cold noodle was actually better because I could taste the other elements like the ginger tempura and pork better.
The noodles were very firm and al-dente which makes you feel fuller when eating chilled dishes.Also had the salad which is sweet and spicy with the crispy shrimps and shredded cabbage.
Will definitely come back for the chilled noodles.
