Cold noodles just flavored with sauce and crisp toppings. A great item for those a hot day. Thunder Chicken has this and offers it as a street eat. And why not? We shared a $28 bowl. It had the noodles with a mild spicy sauce. There was shredded chicken, spring onions, cucumbers and parsley. It was really good. Fresh with enough sauce to not feel cloyingly dry. The noodles were springy. The chicken meat was deeply flavored and tender. It was a fairly good size portion as well. A great cheap eat.
