I used to to go another sushi restaurant@CBW, but came to this one after reading an article in a magazine, as the sushi in the pictures looks so nice. Well, I went with a friend, arrived around 12:15pm on a Saturday. Only aound 30% of the tables were seated as it was still early. So disappointed becuase1/ Sushi were not fresh. 1/ Sushi were not fresh. The sashimi looks dry, rice were hard, but price were more expensive than other Jap sushi restaurant.
2/ Service - Waitress / Waiter were so passive (but not bad). We had to ask for things, instead of being served.
3/ Not enough varity / choices.
4/ What more riduculous is, we ordered a few food, and the were being told they were "NOT AVAILABLE". They are jsut simple food like soup, and also a kind of sushi (I can't remember the name"
The bill end up to be HK$ 15X, cheap right? because we had not much to choose from, and only ordered a few dishes.
The only good thing I can think of, is there is no queue, and you don't have to wait.
