I have always wanted to try THW, but the one at MK has a long queue and I don’t fancy going to the other branch in SSP.Thankfully one has opened in Central. The location is brilliant because it is located on the lower level of the Airport express.People who have just arrived or leaving HK can dine there for Michelin class dimsum. Not only that, you are sheltered from the sun, heat, heavy rain or cold encountered at the long queues in MK.I was slightly disappointed because they did not have crispy

I have always wanted to try THW, but the one at MK has a long queue and I don’t fancy going to the other branch in SSP.
Thankfully one has opened in Central.
The location is brilliant because it is located on the lower level of the Airport express.
People who have just arrived or leaving HK can dine there for Michelin class dimsum.
Not only that, you are sheltered from the sun, heat, heavy rain or cold encountered at the long queues in MK.

I was slightly disappointed because they did not have crispy thing with wasabi.
Ended up ordering four dishes.

This was the famous crispy BBQ bun.
The top was crispy as advertised, similar to the mexican bun, however the BBQ pork was too sweet.

This was slightly disappointing because it is Michelin grade yet the skin was not intact.

This was quite creative because it was satay beef inside.
However it was too oily.
The dish had lots of oil that drained from the potsticker.

Same as the potsticker, you can see the yellow pool of oil on the top of the cheung fun.

Overall I was slightly disappointed because I have had better dimsums elsewhere and there is too much oil on some items and some items are too sweet.
