Boyfriend recognized the name from jars of chili sauce that he often sees in stores. He asked if they were the same and the staff said yes. Their chili sauce was pretty popular. With all this, we decided to give it a try.
The place is not very big. Menu is in Chinese only. There is no English.
Offering chicken hotpot, we chose a whole chicken with a mild spiciness for $208. When it arrived, the staff said it was ready to eat. The chicken was delicious. Moist and tender. It was a bit spicy with that numbing pepper taste. The onions were also really soft and sweet.
The beef was excellent quality. A good balance of fat to meat. It was tender and not tough even when we boiled it away in the soup.
