近排不停咁試咗好多Tiramisu Bookmark 咗一段時間，終於輪到佢@onthehill_coffeebar 🍴Tiramisu 用上130 年老店宮崎縣頂級麥燒酎，但係食到最尾先感受到燒酎的力量，對酒鬼而言⋯⋯酒味不算太強勁，咖啡味亦非太過出 味道以mascarpone cheese 加朱古力粉為主道，整體口感軟滑，creamy 仍是好味。encore 指數 45 %☕️Cappuccino豐盈的奶泡上是葉形拉花，入口先嚐到是微微的堅果味，待漸冷後果酸較為突出，after taste 瞬間即逝，是喜歡的大眾化口味。
