I love tiramisu, such a decadent yet elegant dessert. I particularly love the delicate richness of whipped mascarpone (very different from plain whipped cream), that soft tender texture of soaked ladyfingers and the mild bitterness from the coffee that just brings everything together. Their tiramisu claims to have 90% less sugar, while I have no clue as to whether this is true, I am more than happy to be consuming less sugar and their tiramisu was indeed not as sweet as the ones I am used to, not that I enjoyed it any less though 😍

🍕 Pizza Arrabiata HKD 130
We opted for a basic pizza with just tomato sauce, mozzarella and spicy salami. I tend to prefer simple combinations for Italian pizzas and red sauce over a creamy white base any day😉 Personally though I found the crust a bit too biscuit-y, and didn’t have that light airiness I was looking for.

Well, would say they make better pizza than pasta, or maybe it’s just because carbonara just isn’t my thing in general. The sauce was made up of straight up cream without much seasoning, and I don’t think carbonara is supposed to have cream on its ingredient list in the first place🙈

Can never go wrong with chocolate mousse, love the tangy touch of orange flavours but it was definitely way sweeter than the tiramisu!
