半年前同男朋友黎TIVO食過一次果次食完之後已經話要再黎,因為D野食實在太好味點知第2次會隔左成半年先黎到TIVO環境真係好靚,又夠大多數黎都唔駛點等位就有得坐今次我地成7:45先去到都唔駛等咁就快D叫野食先,小公主好肚餓呀!!!首先黎到既係Wagyu Beed Cheek Bao ($128)牛肉入口即溶,因為個包入面用左D酸蘿蔔,中和番和牛既肉味所以完全唔會有膩既感覺,讚!而且個包好軟熟,好新鮮用牛肉配上中式既包,成個配搭好特別,好有新意,好好食!!食完個包等左有成20分鐘先到第2個菜Salt Baked Whole Fish ($158)雖然等得有D耐,但呢個魚真係不得了一黎到果時就好似D鹽焗雞咁,用D鹽封實哂之後Waiter會用個錘子敲開d鹽但都未見到條魚住架,會見到包住魚肉既葉先之後就可以食條魚喇魚用左snapper fish,雖然唔係好大條不過無呃你,係真係用左成條魚 魚用左Lemon同rosemary黎一齊煮 (見圖),不但成條魚都好香,食既時候都好清新,會食到Lemon同rosemary既味焗既時間控制得好好,魚肉好滑好juicy,無得彈Rack of Lamb (Sm

Rack of Lamb (Small: $178)
最後叫左個羊扒,5成熟
賣相一流,味道唔錯
煮得幾好,無過熟,真係5成,
肉都唔韌,唔羶
不過唔知係咪條魚太精彩
呢個雖然都好食,不過相比之下就無咩特別

半年後番叮一樣咁正
完全無令人失望,員工都好NICE
不過唯一個位就係個魚應該事先講一聲要等
整體都係無得彈,期待下次!!!!
