We have been visiting Sushi Toku since its opening in 2005 and continue to come because I think it is the best authentic Japanese sushi in town (for us, anyway). The neta (ingredients) are always fresh since air deliveries are daily from Kyushu, Osaka, Tokyo, Hokkaido. The originality of his presentations are always beautiful and unique. Fun for friends or dates or families -- Toku is the real deal!!
