Came across this place during the weekly sunday food market at tong chong in quarry bay. Had seen a few people walking around with a black pizza and knew i just had to try. It was titled truffle love- containing charcoal crust, caramelised portobello mushroom, vegan mozzarella and white truffle oil.The wait was only around 5 minutes or so. Despite the name of the pizza the flavour of truffle wasn’t very strong and the base was tough and hard (like charcoal) the mushrooms didn’t taste caramelised

The wait was only around 5 minutes or so.

Despite the name of the pizza the flavour of truffle wasn’t very strong and the base was tough and hard (like charcoal) the mushrooms didn’t taste caramelised.

Unfortunately was a case of looked better than taste!
