There seems to be a recent influx of Japanese restaurants specializing in Tonkatsu (and its variants) in the Tsim Sha Tsui area. The difference between Tonkatsu Ginza Bairin and all the others is that this one is tucked away in a little corner between two floors in K11. The meal started off with kani and cucumber salad. The dressing used wasn't very thick or creamy (which I really liked) and the cucumber seemed extra sweet and watery (which I also really liked). Then we had some sashimi - salmon
Then we had some sashimi - salmon and tuna.
And then we had the main dish. We all ordered the pork loin tonkatsu set.
