Overcooked? All the food I bought 鹽酥雞魷魚鬚定係甜不辣 was very dry. Also it was not tasty. Not enough seasoning? I tried the chicken at the shop in Tsuen wan long time ago that was really juicy and tasty. This time the food was certainly below average. Any Taiwanese store in HK is better than this. No food quality monitoring? Better go to the new Taiwanese fried chicken in Metroplaza.
