To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Too sweet and salty

Got some noodles which were quite expensive for $30 but I suppose the portion was quite big.There are three sauces to choose from: peanut sauce, Korean sauce and sesame sauce but I didn't have any because they are all sweet and I don't like  them.The guy puts soy sauce in it as well so it won't be tasteless.Unfortunately the tofu that I chose was sweet so that was disgusting and the imitation shark fins were really salty!!!If he hadn't put the soy sauce, the flavours from the imitation sharks fi

If he hadn't put the soy sauce, the flavours from the imitation sharks fin would have balanced the noodle nicely.
