We’d never tried sharetea before but on our way past we saw a poster for black sugar milk boba and decided to give it a try. To be honest it was quite disappointing and definitely not comparable to the ones from The Alley. First off the crème top was too heavy and thick, the milk wasn't as full bodied as you'd expect and lacked any true creaminess. The drink itself was much too sweet and the boba was too soft and not chewy enough, it also reeked of artificial sweeteners. The cup was also not well made and felt flimsy, as if it wouldn't hold up to prolonged drinking. The straw was decently sized and allowed the boba to travel upwards without blockage which was a plus compared with cheaper boba shops. Won’t be ordering this next time, maybe another drink instead…
