I visited the restaurant on a Sunday night, and was very surprised that the restaurant was quite empty. The food is good and very thoughtfully prepared. This restaurant deserves more business.My family of six people ordered a variety of food and were very happy with the quality, in particular:1. My family of six people ordered a variety of food and were very happy with the quality, in particular:
1. The salmon was fresh and very thoughtfully prepared with a cool looking plate cover that keeps the fish hot and yet reasonably fresh and raw at the same time.
2. The russian soup follows the original recipe and hence different from the typical ones available at Hong Hong local restaurants. Good effort.
3. The tomato clear soup was very nice, though the portion was a bit small.
4. The lobsters were very fresh.
5. The squid ink rice was very delicious.
All in all, I think this restaurant deserves more businesses than it has.
