I was gonna go to 八喜 at W Square for dinner without making table reservation and I was told that the wait is gonna be almost an hour! So my friends and I gave up and went to Spaghetti House. Since we've already parked our car near W Square we didn't bother to walk over to Causeway Bay. I was really picky about food and I wasn't expecting anything from this restaurant! All of us were starving and we just wanted FOOD, desparately! Just thought it was a chain restaurant with medicore food & service

Just thought it was a chain restaurant with medicore food & service. In fact, all staffs here were very attentive and the manager interacted with customers of each table! It was rare to see such personal interactions in a chain restaurant. He came checked with our table several times and he even offered us free drinks! It was so nice of him!

We came around 7pm and we got a booth seat. It was spacious for 3 of us. The server immediately brought the menu to us once we were seated. She asked if we'd like hot/cold water instead of bringing 3 glasses of iced water to us like some other restaurants do. It was very thoughtful of her!

1) Caesar Salad with Scottish Smoked Salmon & Garlic Toasts ($92): Very generous portion! They used romaine lettuce and it was crisp & fresh!
The garlic bread on side was really good as well! It also had right amount of dressing & bacon bites! Yummy!

2) Chicken Wings in Black Pepper & Honey Sauce ($52 x 2): You can't go wrong with chicken wings! Each dish comes with 6 pieces of wings. It was flavorful and juicy!

3) Snack Platter ($84): It comes with spring rolls, sausage, spring roll, onion rings & fried chicken. All items were hot and they were all very tasty. The only thing is that the batter of the fried chicken was too thick. Other than that it was perfect!

4) Spaghetti Carbonara ($108): Very creamy and the spaghetti was cooked al-dente! It was actually better than many restaurants in SoHo!

5) Baked French Lemon Pancake with Vanilla Ice Cream ($38): Strong lemon & butter flavor. Nice combination!

Had an wonderful evening at this local-chain restaurant! Delicious food with reasonable price! And the personal touch does make a difference! Would definitely be back to try other food! Keep it up!
