Che I think has always been a pretty good choice for Cantonese food in the Wan Chai area. Despite not too innovative and creative, the food is actually pretty traditional and well prepared. I in particularly liked the crispy beef brisket as well as the crispy tofu. What's even better is that there are lots of rooms there which is quite convenient for business dinners!
