it’s their couture and traditional dining by having this kind of dinner when they have some special day to celebrate such as any festival or anniversary.
The top one is a barbecue with sauce are really nice. The right side are all grilled chicken and shrimp, right side is pork, like spit-roasted meat dish in Cantonese cuisine
, fish and tomatoes salad instead of eggs, the salad use salted eggs which is pretty good and fresh, really surprised me as salted egg is my favourite and I can’t believe it can be use for salad.☺️
Really finger-licking good as you need to eat with your hands🤣 also, the rice is refillable there so you won’t feel hungry. The boodle flight includes soup which taste a bit spicy and sour, fine vermicelli and a fish cold dish. I think everyone should try this traditional dishes. And they include a tower of lemon drinks😳
