Snake soup - This soup was very popular during winter time, and chrysanthemum bits and cracker were placed on top to go along with the soup. It was thick in texture and the chef was generous with the serving of ingredients. It was tasty, with the body beginning to heat up after a bowl.
Herbal soup with lean meat and sea coconut - The soup was clear and nourishing, with plenty of lean meat and sea coconut in it. It was sweet in taste too.
Herbal soup with fish head - It was nourishing, with strong herbal taste as there is alot of herbal ingredients in it. It was slightly oily, absorbing the essence of the fish meat.
BBQ pork with steamed chicken rice - BBQ pork was roasted till chewy and juicy and steamed chicken was soft and smooth too, going well with the rice.
Roasted meat with sausage rice - Roasted meat was chewy and flavourful, with the right amount of lean fats in between. Sausage was chewy and slightly salty, complimenting well with the rice.
