If you are a tourist and you've decided only to try one local noodles store, this would definitely be your choice.Their noodles are in superb quality both the texture and taste.Recommend to try to minced pork paste stirred noodles (炸醬撈麵), the red sauce has a mix of sweet, sour and a little spicy taste, quite special but traditional.Several toppings to choose from, Wonton, meatballs, and some pig organs🙊🙊, have a try! Good that the noodles come with some veggie inside!
