Shortly after we ordered our food, they served us side dishes. Tofu was very soft and smooth, with soy sauce enhancing the taste. Kimchi was spicy and juicy and yellow pickled radish was very crunchy and juicy too.

Cold noodles with soup - This was one of the best cold noodles I have tasted in Hong Kong. Soup was served icy cold, thus it was very refreshing and cooling. Huge amount of chilli sauce was added into it, thus enhancing the flavour of the noodle. Noodle was very chewy and smooth.

Seasoned fried chicken - It came in 8 pieces, mixture of wings and drumsticks. French fries was of thick texture and was fried till soft and crispy. Ketchup was provided at the side to dip onto it. Fried chicken was marinated till juicy, and was slightly spicy and chewy. The skin was fried till crispy as well.
