This simple sweet and sour Purée is delicious, a hint of tang from the passion fruit brings out the tropical mango flavour. The golden brown croissant waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside, light and chewy on the inside. Pairing with strawberries, mango, whipped cream and passion fruit Purée, it's just a lovely summer dessert!
