If you ask what's the snacks in Hong Kong, you may think of egg tart, fish balls, and other street food. If you ask about what Hong Kong people eat for lunch, it is in fact the most underrated and understated Chinese BBQ rice lunch. However, where can we find good Chinese BBQ in Hong Kong? There are some big names out there but are they neccessarily the best? I am still in search for the best place so let's go try this place out! The restaurant has a few well known branches in other districts wh

The restaurant has a few well known branches in other districts while this new branch has been newly opened for 1 month. The interior was neat and clean by look, while the staff and even the chef had really friendly and helpful attitude, which is rare for BBQ shops in Hong Kong!
 Great impression for customers!

As usual, the restaurant has displayed a selection of BBQ at their window for customers to see and order whta they want on that day.

The baby BBQ pork was delicately prepared prior not like any other places. Extra fat was scrapped off the skin, while extra edges of bones were chopped off before it got served.

Different part of the goose can be ordered upon requet and my favourite part is of course the thigh. The meat was tender, moist and flavourful with a thin skin without having too much fat in it. It was one of the best goose I have ever had in HK simply because it was not too overwhelmingly fatty.

Overall, it was a great place to have a quick fix of Chinese BBQ and I think the quality was not only better than my expectation, but it was actually very good, I will for sure come back again to try other BBQs!
