A Michelin 3-starred restaurant, @ottoemezzobombana_hongkong tops the list of fine dining eateries in Hong Kong. With the ‘King of White Truffles’, aka @umberto_bombana as head chef, it’s no wonder that this is the only Italian restaurant outside of Italy to be awarded 3 Michelin stars. Love how chewy these 'dumplings' are and the mushroom broth reminds me of the Chinese soup. No cream in it but it brings out the natural taste of the fungi.

3️⃣ Taglioni with Black Truffle ⭐⭐⭐
They should calm down on the black truffle shavings. It feels like having a mouthful of wood shavings. Pasta al dente with sharp cheese sauce which I like.
放左太多黑松露片啦🥴好似食緊木削咁,但個人好鍾意意粉既🧀醬
4️⃣ Short Rib and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
So tender and love how they got rid of the rib bone!
好嫩啊媽咪🤩 同埋仲幫我依個港女去埋骨添!
5️⃣ Cherries with mascarpone cream and pistachio gelato ⭐⭐
Cherries very sweet but the gelato doesn’t taste too much like pistachios.
D 車厘子好甜,但個開心果雪糕冇也味...
