Equally impressive was the roasted cod. The skin was deliciously crispy, providing a satisfying contrast to the juicy, tender meat underneath. It was a dish that showcased the chef’s skill and attention to detail.
To round off the meal, I indulged in the tiramisu, which was nothing short of perfection. It struck the right balance of taste and texture, avoiding the common pitfall of being overly soggy. Each bite was a delightful mix of coffee and cream, leaving me wanting more.
Each set also comes with amazing appetisers, including a vegetable and miso minestrone, mixed salad, and culatello ham and melon. But the most surprising one of all was the Seaweed Zeppola, which is something I’ve never even heard of, let alone try. It tastes like fried mochi, which a crispy skin and a chewy interior.
