Few days before, my friends and I went to watch Janice's concert at 8pm, but we were still at yau ma tei at 7pm. Therefore we had to finish dinner as soon as possible so as to not miss any part of the concert. Hopefully, we saw there's a restaurant right behind to the bookshop and not so many people sitting inside. Originally I was quite worrying since it seemed not many people. But the food's quality, and the efficiency of staff surprised us a lot.
In term of the efficiency of staff, it's super fast!! I ordered a Risotto Prawns with Lobster Sauce. I thought it may take long time to cook, but in fact it only took 5 minutes to be in front of me! That should be highly appreciated especially when you only have limited time.
In term of the quality of food, we can also see how well and caring they prepared. The prawns were serviced without carapace!! It should be highly appreciated as well! Not to mention the risotto's tasty! Like yhe texture of the rice is quite close to the traditional one: a bit wet and sticky. Very nice. And I really really like the prawns since they are big, and exotic odors assail the nostrils. So it's a must try item if you like eating prawn!
When the dinner was almost finished, here started being filled with people. Then I realised this restaurant should be famous, but just because we came early so we avoid the peak hour. Anyways, it's a really try-worthy restaurant with good location, high efficiency and food quality.
