To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Encore系列：是日相約好友在尖沙咀撐枱腳，之前吃過Amitie覺得不錯，見搬了新址都未來過就來下。Lunch set menu，可選餐湯或沙律，連一杯飲品及甜品，更有素食選擇！沙律：有齊紅綠燈紫色，好靚喎，沙律菜新鮮，連兩片吞拿魚，份量剛剛好。是日餐湯：蕃茄忌廉湯，微酸，幾開胃。自家製雞扒漢堡包配薯條：嘩，漢堡包好巨型呀！目測有約13cm高，連個包都好厚，並非一按就扁那種，一咬，麵包有口感，芝士味好香，雞扒夠味，配菜索索聲，撈埋一齊真係超級正，餓底這個burger迷非常滿意！配角薯條也好味到震，中等粗幼度，脆脆地，停不了口。西班牙栗飼豬鞍扒：非常elegant 的presentation ，豬鞍扒肉質粉嫩，零豬騷味，薯蓉滑溜，份量夠，餓底的朋友好鍾意！炒煙肉椰菜仔：口痕痕想吃點菜所以加了這個，煙肉份量好豪邁，椰菜仔索晒味，好香，而且不澀！餐飲點了 Cappuccino ＆ 蜂蜜蘆薈，水準不俗。跟餐的甜品：一口蛋糕，咖啡味，好creamy。特濃朱古力蛋糕：食完一口蛋糕，朋友突然想吃那種好濃郁好實淨的朱古力蛋糕，於是又加點了一個特濃朱古力蛋糕share，她吃一口，說：就是這個質感了！然

食完野，店員繼續好好招呼，不但有加水，更說可以慢慢坐，真好😌
