To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【文華海南雞飯】 HKD118【招牌珍寶帶子喇沙】 HKD158【特色咸蛋雞翼】 HKD78新加坡🇸🇬過江龍係咪咁正呢？今日經過所以就試下，不過要有心理準備要排超過半個鐘。老實講，究竟嗰海南雞🐔邊度好食呢😑。唔單止貴，而且雞件淡而無味，又唔滑鞋颯颯😓，超失望‼️唯一整得好嘅就係嗰油飯🍚，粒粒分明，夠油香。至於喇沙🥘就唔錯。配料夠足，帶子彈牙又大隻。湯底亦都夠稠夠濃味，仲帶點椰香🥥。而麵條完完全全爽曬啲湯汁，好惹美。反而咁多樣之中，雞翼🐣係最有驚喜，最值得試。如果鍾意食 #金鴨咸蛋魚皮嘅朋友👨‍👩‍👧‍👦，相信依個小食好岩你口味。即叫即炒，雞翼滿佈咸蛋黃，味道亦好出，夠曬邪惡😈呀。
