看似有兩邊廳,我呢面個view 真係幾唔錯,景觀開揚,望到維港。燭光之下,餐廳帶著醉人o既格調。Set dinner ($498) 頭盤「冷食日本磯煮鮑魚配凍鮮蝦」,隻鮑魚仔ok 大隻結實,蝦係熟蝦。餐湯「黑松露蘑菇湯」無乜特別。「蟹肉蘑菇日本年糕」個汁濃郁入味,但d 年糕我覺得有d 粉(即係佢磨個粉漿唔夠fine)。「燒牛脷配日本蜜糖芥辣」,呢個真係好好食,一客有兩件,兩件係唔同texture o架,其中一件較煙韌,另一件較油滑甘香,入口即溶。仲有個蜜糖芥辣醬點綴,非常之唔錯。可能有人會覺得牛脷本身係d 核突o既食物,但真係一試難忘。Main dish 係三揀一,叫o左「懷舊薯蓉海鮮大會」,帶子算幾大隻,燒茄子幾好食,但overall speaking 其實覺得無乜特別,亦都因為呢個係標榜「6-course」o既set din,分薄o左所以作為main dish o黎講份量偏細。另外是日甜品為藍莓cake。Main dish 仲有燒羊鞍同肉眼扒選擇,臨走見到人地檯塊扒好似好吸引,好大塊,唔知都係set 定散叫……
