今晚和友人到尖沙咀聚餐,不久前有朋友介紹西餐廳,所以我們就BOOK了今晚去吃,入到去地方不是太大,但都有幾面玻璃可以望到外面的景色,情侶來都應該頗浪漫的,可惜今晚是和一位同性朋友來,哈哈!!在餐牌中,我們見到一個叫做每樣試晚餐,個名很特別,我們就一於叫呢個每樣試晚餐。頭盤是日本麵豉帶子薄片配鮮蝦肉,裡面用上麵豉蜜糖汁,帶子當然是刺身級帶子,雖然切了片,但都厚厚的,大大片,很鮮甜,還有蝦肉和一些蕃茄仔和沙律菜,麵豉蜜糖汁用在配搭,很開胃!松露煮日本年糕,松露醬汁入面除了有松露,還有蔥花,洋蔥和忌廉造成。年糕煙煙靱靱,陣陣黑松露味,加上洋蔥很清甜,和年糕一起吃簡直絕配!焗連殼食法國田螺,這個田螺很得意,居然連殼都吃得,原因是田螺殼是由餅做成,做得很神似,一口一啖田螺,田螺肉很有肉地,加埋田螺殼的香脆,和薯蓉一齊吃,真是人間美食!我的黑松露蘑菇湯來了,黑松露蘑菇湯很有松露味,加入大量的蘑菇,入口菇味四溢,濃淡得宜,加入忌廉令湯梗加香滑。很好味!朋友的蕃茄蟹肉湯,蕃茄很香濃,酸酸甜甜的,加入一絲絲的蟹肉,蕃茄的酸味帶出蟹肉的鮮味,很匹配。鮮鱸魚柳酸甜香草汁,爐魚柳用上香草和醋做醬汁,爐魚啖啖肉,香草很香加埋醋的酸味,梗帶出鱸肉的魚味,非常可口。朋友的主菜是橡果級黑毛豬肉,黑毛豬很嫰滑,裡面還粉粉紅紅,烹調得恰到好處,肉質豐厚,肉汁豐富,很有肉味。廚師還用上菠蘿做配菜,可以減低豬的油膩感,做法很聰明!美國牛肉眼,我選了五成熟,牛肉也很鮮嫰,質地厚實,加上很少人用的紫薯蓉做配菜,配搭得宜,不錯的選擇!甜品是OREO慕絲蛋糕,香香甜甜,OREO的脆脆,慕絲也很香滑,細細粒,一口一啖,很方便!今晚海鮮,肉類,菇類,樣樣都有,真的每樣都有得試,我們又渡過一個開心的晚上。 continue reading
