平時食鐵板燒真心唔平,基本上都要400幾500蚊一個,但係依到最平嘅套餐只需要$168,而且就算咁平都好,都唔係隨隨便便求求其其煮比你食就算,真係會係你面前用心煮比你食唔好以為收你$168就冇好嘢食啊,除咗有食鐵板燒一定要食嘅牛肉之外,仲有蝦、三文魚等等,就算係比較大食嘅人士都夠飽。除咗$168之外,你想食豪也有其他選擇,一樣都係超高性價比,而且因為每一個套餐都有分別,所以同朋友/情人一齊去的話,可以分別叫唔同嘅套餐,咁就可以試多少少唔同嘅嘢。咁我當日同同行人士分別叫咗$168同$268嘅套餐,咁落完單之後好快就有樓面上咗麵豉湯、沙律同前菜,麵豉湯飲落去唔似係嗰啲沖劑麵豉湯,而係自己煮嘅麵豉湯,但係分別又唔算話好大,只不過係比較重味啲,但又唔係鹹味嗰種重味,不過整體嚟講係幾好飲,係少有我會飲晒嘅麵豉湯;咁沙律就冇咩特別,配嘅都係啲好常見嘅沙律汁,而且沙律菜都係新鮮嘅;咁前菜就係好普通嘅胡麻醬青瓜,則係將青瓜切粒之後,再加少少胡麻醬,食落去除咗會食到少少胡麻醬味之外,就係好明顯嘅青瓜味,可能係為咗清一清味蕾(?)所以先設計成咁淡,不過都係前菜唔食都唔緊要咁樣$168套餐先有三文魚同蝦,師

咁樣$168套餐先有三文魚同蝦,師傅會喺你面前細心煎好,唔好以為咁平,份量就好少,嚿三文魚都差唔多有我手掌咁長,而且食落去一啲都唔腥,我好怕食熟嘅魚係腥,而呢一間一啲都唔腥,淨係用咗牛油去調味,但係已經好好食,剪得好香;咁蝦又再配啲黑椒同鹽,加上肉質彈牙,個人比較鍾意食蝦多少少,因為惹味啲。

咁$268嗰套餐就係先有鮑魚仔同虎蝦,鮑魚仔用咗黑松露醬一齊炒,所以食落去同聞落去都有好重嘅黑松露味,如果唔鍾意食黑松露,亦都可以叫師傅轉其他調味,而我係超級無敵鍾意食黑松露,所以我覺得超好食;另外虎蝦嘅肉質非常彈牙爽口,只要配少許調味已經足夠

咁食完海鮮就到食肉啦,咁$168就係美國安格斯薄燒牛肉,師傅煎到5成熟,包埋炸到香脆嘅蒜蓉
、煎香左嘅洋蔥粒和葱花,非常惹味,雖然佢有額外嘅醬汁比你點,但係我覺得就咁食佢原味先係最好食

另外$268嘅肉就選擇咗安格斯牛柳,同樣都係煎到5成熟,因為牛柳係食佢嘅肉質鮮嫩,所以太熟會變得太實,太生又食唔到鐵板燒嗰種香,所以5成剛剛好,而且師傅已經調好味,可以不用再加其他調味,不過配上旁邊嘅蒜片一齊食也別有一番風味(蒜片單食也好食,好似食緊薯片咁)

最後仲有炒飯、炒菜同甜品,但係我就唔記得咗影

所以依間真係cp值超多,好值得去試吓
