Have been to here few years ago, my impression back at the time was they serve fresh ingredients but the interior is not as good as other omakase places. This appetizer has made an impression! As I remember the old one I had was a bit dull and boring. For this one they marinate and prepare everything themselves, quite a good start of the meal.
Next goes to thinly sliced white fish and they have put some yuzu jelly on top, also a very nice one.
Akagai- Fresh and Crisp
鬼蝦- sweet and tander
剝皮魚- my first time to try it, they have mixed with some sauce and it tastes very creamy
Forgot the name of this but this is the most heavy tasted one of the meal, there is some garlic on top, so the strawberry is to neutralized the strong taste
Overall, I think the dishes I had is better than my last visit. As they are not only fresh, but also the way they match the ingredients with the sauce/ decorations. The service is quite attentive, so I would love to visit again!
