To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與好友去試飲這間最出名的奶茶。這是起源於台灣，最近在香港興起，我們去的時候，要大排長龍，差不多由街頭排到街尾，人流十分多。飲品味道非常好，唔怪得咁多人排隊。每杯奶茶價格都算貴，但味道十分之好，他們用新鮮牛奶去整，口感清新，再配上焦糖，美味可口，值得再去飲。這的飲品質素很高，用料上盛，高質素，珍珠很彈牙，很有口感，人生第一次飲到咁好味的飲品，值得推介。店外裝飾也很特別，有一隻鹿頭在店外供客人影相。
