To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近一程關係少咗同朋友出街食飯。上網見到有七五折。就訂位試吓，一位388 2位528。價錢真係幾抵，佢仲要包一杯tea, cocktail or Mocktail。唔使另外加錢，不錯！首先呢個Tea set打卡絕對冇錯😹一大舊棉花糖閃下閃下。除咗賣相之外，食物品質都有返咁上下質素。咸點有帶子，鴨肝，三文魚，Parma ham。佢每樣野都配得啱啱好。除咗個帶子有啲淡味。至於甜品，味道亦都唔會太單調。會有檸檬蛋糕，朱古力mousse，raspberry tart，mango bars，柚子杯，唔會太甜。love it 當然身為afternoon tea一定唔少得嘅英式鬆餅。可惜佢個鬆餅有啲乾唔夠鬆化。有個clotted cream 補救下，都可以過得去。
