To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

刺身選擇甚多,有平政魚、劍魚腩、油甘魚、北海道帶子、鮑魚、吞拿魚、北奇貝、鰹魚、象拔蚌、三文魚、響螺片、赤貝、希靈魚、甜蝦及極大赤蝦等,刺身夠新鮮,最能吸引我的就是鮑魚及極大赤蝦,一啖一粒的小鮑魚入口爽彈,而極大赤蝦就夠晒大隻,蝦肉夠鮮甜,口感夠彈牙,再加上甘甜的蝦頭膏,味道一流

壽司方面亦較一般的特別得多,而我就選了殿壽司、生松葉蟹腳伴蟹膏及海膽赤蝦壽司一試。稱得上是殿壽司當然最具特色啦~一年壽司齊集了數款魚生於一身,頭頂還有一塊晶瑩的啤酒啫喱及海膽,層次蠻豐富的。而其餘兩款外表就比較遜色了,兩件壽司面的蟹膏及海膽份量同樣較少,賣相一般,幸好味道還算不錯

相信海膽軍艦在眾壽司當中絕對能稱霸,完全沒想過任食放題中的軍艦用料會如此重手,壽司飯不會過多,一整件放進口內細嚼,散發著陣陣海膽的甘香,絕對是必點之選

蒸焗類

蒸焗類別用料同樣矜貴,而我就選了黑松露蒸蛋及黑毛豬火腿配薯蓉。松露蒸蛋上放有少量松露醬,松露香是有的,但汁料調度過高了,感覺有點怪怪的。放題點薯蓉,明顯的為了上方的黑毛豬火腿,火腿味道不濃帶點嚼感,後期發現原來沙律吧有一整盤火腿任取!早知就不點薯蓉,白白浪費了肚子的空間!

一品料理

一品料理設計得相當精緻,蒜麵豉炒虎蝦配啤酒啫喱整個組合有如中菜館內的菜式,蝦頭經炸過後,香脆非常,虎蝦肉夠大粒,而最特別的就是啤酒啫喱,入口即溶且帶啤酒香,感覺特別。而特式香煎三文魚,火候控制得剛剛好,厚厚的三文魚扒肉質嫩滑,充滿口感。至於煙肉芝士焗蠔,有別一般的連殼焗起,換成了小巧可愛的精緻小吃,由秋葵、煙肉、焗蠔、芝士及脆多組成,富多個層次

炸物吃太多,這次只點一個特別的榴槤炸彈一試就好了。圓滾滾的榴槤炸彈外脆而內裡就包含了大量的榴槤蓉,咬下去感受到又熱又香濃的榴槤蓉,蠻燙口的,要小心一點,榴槤迷必試之選

接近尾聲時就點了個麵食「明太子醬撈稻庭」稻庭亦即是烏冬,烏冬富口感,明太子醬夠足料,混入口後為烏冬大大加分,加上入口涼涼的,即使吃飽了也不會感到過膩

最後終於來到甜品一環,甜品數量眾多,令人花多眼亂!幸好全部也製作成小件裝的,可多嚐幾款。而我就試了金寶蛋糕、燉蛋、朱古力慕絲及芒果慕絲。不過最令我心動的還是Milk Top雪糕,是日只有近期大熱的紫薯口味。內含紫薯小粒,富薯香及口感,再配上香滑的雪糕,非常好吃!要不是當時肚子已滿,定必多取一杯吃個夠

願望球

場內最特別的甜品絕對是這個「願望球」了。客人可先在紙上寫上一些字句,再交給甜品師傅,師傳就會用糖漿在願望球旁寫上,亦可在桌上直接選取合適的字句。而我當然選了夢寐以求的「任食唔肥」!

願望球會附上一個小鎚子,意思是打破願望球後願望就會成真吧!打破朱古力球後,內藏一件小蛋糕,朱古力脆皮蠻好吃的,又有得食又有得玩,小朋友就最愛了~不過情侶們亦可叫師傅幫忙寫上情深說話氹氹另一半呢~
