To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我從未見過有鋪頭咁勁抽,訂左位都要預先排隊,仲要排到去街尾。好彩準時可以入到座,好得意,一入去完全係中式婚宴酒樓既佈置同日本放題真係「風馬牛不相及」!不過,咁好似令成個格調提升左。好鐘意一入門口堆啤啤熊,so cute><!先講飲品處,真係凍酒熱酒咩都有,我簡左杯白酒飲!一飲,嘩原來甜既,不過d酒精都幾勁,好快上腦,甜甜地好易醉。其餘都有好多日本、韓國果汁,飲到停唔到口。沙律bar都有好多選擇,其中最欣賞一定係個類似印度薄餅既小煎餅,中間有d甜甜地類似豆蓉既餡,幾另類呀唔錯。其他涼菜都唔錯,尤其我好鐘意新鮮西芹同番茄仔,可以點唔同醬黎食,大食一輪之前先清清腸胃。餐單上除左一般刺身同煮物等等之外,都有唔少破格食物,其中個芝士玉子燒真係好味到炸開,係必食item!先先個蛋好嫩口,咁厚都唔會燒到無曬水份。個芝士先係重點,咸香度適中、更加吊起左蛋既甜味。鋪頭真係唔會同你客氣,蛋加芝士、比例幾乎係「一比一」!排隊去攞既手卷更加不用多說,有海膽同三文魚腩簡。一人可以攞兩件之餘,條隊都旭得好快,效率相當高。海膽一睇就知色水好,而且無散開一舊舊,證明一定唔係劣質貨。回本之選,記住早點出

排隊去攞既手卷更加不用多說,有海膽同三文魚腩簡。一人可以攞兩件之餘,條隊都旭得好快,效率相當高。海膽一睇就知色水好,而且無散開一舊舊,證明一定唔係劣質貨。回本之選,記住早點出去排呀!

但就唔係所有創意小食都咁成功,好似燕窩炒蛋白就好一般:事關我唔見有燕窩影踪,另外強白好似無咩調味咁,好淡口呀…


仲有個牛肉煲都一樣麻麻地,我爸爸話個煲雖然份量好足夠同味道都好鮮甜,但d牛肉就好難咬開,結果食左一兩塊就成個放棄了。除此之外,都有少量漏單情況。好似隻虎蝦﹝灰灰地,泰式料理成日用果種,不是甜蝦﹞就叫幾次都未黎,最後只黎了一次。


黎到甜品部分,雪糕就最正啦,有貴價m字頭、又有h字頭。但我簡左牛奶雪條同沖繩海鹽雪糕食。牛奶雪條好足牛奶味,牛奶fans一定要食返幾條。但沖繩海鹽雪糕就麻麻地,無岩鹽焦糖咁match可以帶出焦糖既香甜,只係一個甜甜地既雪糕入面有少少咸,而我覺得d咸味係不必要既。


平時馬卡龍真係好貴,成二十幾蚊個,喺呢度可以食返夠本啦。呢度既馬卡龍雖然每個色既味差唔多,但係同樣可以做到「外面脆、裡面煙un」。

另一樣要讚既係殿 大喜屋既係、
佢地好關心客人感受,會送生日禮物俾d客,而早在訂位時已經會問定先。佢地送既朱古力蛋又係幾過癮-金金地似少林寺18銅人,打碎之後仲有一件柴色小蛋糕在內,玩到我同呀媽勁開心。而且店舖仲會用朱古力擠”happy birthday”在碟上,影相一流。既然都係,不如索性擠埋生日位客人名落confirm booking既朋友個碟上,到時一定仲開心快活。😉😉!
