To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境:門口古古怪怪,光看門口分不到是泰國菜還是越南菜,空間算是流通,冷氣強勁,燈光也不錯,但座位真的太窄。服務員:禮貌熱情,我就是被兩個服務員抓進來的。餐具:餐具太少,但感覺乾淨,不用自己洗。菜式:餐牌菜式算多,格價中等;套餐倒是很平宜,但可惜套餐菜式選擇不多。食物:點了個優惠套餐,青檸梳打,另加一客大頭蝦。牛肉湯河,夠熱,夠大碗,牛肉超正,夠牛肉味,湯底略嫌不夠濃,算OK啦。青檸梳打,半個青檸都冇,好啖,投訴後店長免費換一杯,正常好多,唔錯。大頭蝦:真係好大個頭,勁多膏,蝦肉彈牙,沒雪味,有成隻長碟咁大,但比想像中細左DD,好正!但貴了一丁點。總體來說,不錯,店長的熱情加分不少,晚上的套餐感覺好抵食,下次有去附近應會回來試一試。
