To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真正明爐燒鵝飯和與別不同蜜汁叉燒

已經對上一次寫食評已3年前了.今天經過尖沙咀品味料理在次點了燒鵝飯和义燒例牌.果然係不同凡響.燒鵝剛剛燒起來原汁原味.皮脆香口而不肥.味道一絕.义燒例牌色香味俱全.那塊五分肥五分瘦的义燒口感一流.回味無窮.食完之後相信全港九燒味都食唔番咁好食的燒味呀.真係只此一間.唔怪得知咁多遊客去食.就算買番左搭飛機都要買回來.因為我親眼見証太多遊客.港客都食燒鵝和义燒。
