To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友行尖沙咀，平時就去開d大型商場連鎖食肆開餐，但今日朋友就提議去下d橫街揾食，咁就無意中俾我揾到依間"和味"餐廳，原來佢係一間中式+越式既茶餐廳，究竟傳統中式茶餐廳賣埋越南菜會點，我地就決定試一試入到去，環境幾舒適，食物種類幾多我就叫左個咖哩雞，咖哩幾香，薯仔幾爽口越南春卷，食落口唔會太油，外脆內軟炸雞翼撈檬，雞翼入晒味，好香香茅味越式炒金邊粉，唔會好油，份量幾足如果下午茶餐，+$38可以配多個蝦醬炒通菜，再+$10可以配杯特色飲品，我就叫左杯珍多冰最後當然好滿足咁離開
