今日要過九龍做野,難得過海,約左係尖沙咀返工既老友聚聚~九龍唔係我地頭,老友就揀左呢間餐廳~本身諗住食套餐,但係見佢個肉眼樣好吸引,侍應姐姐仲話唔識燒會幫我地燒(幾大都話唔識啦),橫掂之後仲要出去飲野,都係唔好食咁飽,叫個牛肉眼同芝士泡菜煎餅算,自己又唔駛點郁手~PREFECT~芝士泡菜煎餅($90),整得好脆好香口,面頭好多芝士,當小食送酒一流!不過略嫌唔夠辣,如果可以多少少泡菜就好嘞~主角特級牛肉眼($198),本來以為得200g會好細塊,但係原來都唔細wor,有我手掌咁大,色澤均勻,肉質鮮嫩,望落好似好肥,但係其實燒完之後d油脂已經溶化成油,食落口好香牛味,落嫩滑得黎有咬口兼帶油香,一d都唔會膩。(侍應姐姐無呃我地,幫我地手燒埋~仲要切到靚靚仔仔,要畀個LIKE佢~)前菜、爐邊蛋同芝士都可以任加,我地食左唔少~味道OK。芝士味唔算濃,剩食都唔會過咸,蛋本身無味,要靠泡菜,我地試過加埋d泡菜煎餅汁去煮。不過可能人手唔係好夠,有時要等好耐先有人SERVICE,呢樣野有待改善
