之前同朋友嚟過王子飯店京川滬廚房,覺得不錯,環境清靜,食物質素也好。於是數月後同家人到訪,結果令我們有點失望。我們點了蒜片牛柳粒$68、松露炒什菌$68、山珍餃$36、鮮蝦菜餃$36、脆炸長春卷$35、砂鍋鮑魚汁海皇飯$168。附上前菜開胃芭樂,還算是平時水準。最差是蒜片牛柳粒,蒜片是冧,牛柳也是冧,但明顯是梳打粉的成效,無牛肉味!其他菜式一般般,只係合格水平!😕
