我哋4pm (四大及一個剛三歲幼童)入坐, 唸住飲杯嘢,食個食個甜品,入坐前waiter冇提醒我哋有最低消費, 入坐後已發覺waiter服務態度有D問題, 之後點餐時, 另一個waitress 好無禮貌咁話我哋點餐未達到最低消費, 佢計埋個小朋友, 理論一陣後,佢話可以唔計但係又計錯數話我仲要叫多$100,但其實只係$40多, 之後佢哋一直態度都很差黑面,又唔主動提供碟及餐巾, 睇返open rice 食評,原來都有好多人投訴服務差,今次真係中伏, 今次afternoon tea 作為食客超級受氣, 俾錢後到走,一句唔該多謝都冇,反而我哋叫佢哋做嘢都唔該前唔唔該後, 最可惜係食物尚可唔太差,但服務真係超級唔掂,今次輸經驗,冇下次, poor service, no return business ever.
