To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經幫襯咗好幾年,最鐘意食佢個冬陰功湯粉,湯底夠濃又唔搶喉,份量好足,雞髀肉大大件而且唔柴咖喱法包好惹味,但今年去幾次都發覺,店面真係好舊,明顯唔夠清潔,周圍都痴立立好多塵,樓面永遠得靚女一個人,又落單又執枱又出餐又顧外賣,我試過幾次外賣返屋企,啲筷子都係發毛行入少少比錢個位可以望到廚房嘅衛生程度更加惡劣,靚女一年365日都著住件超污糟嘅工衣,次次見到佢一腳踢做到一頭煙,啲碗堆埋一張枱又唔得閒執,真心希望店主可以翻新一下間鋪,同埋請多個人,改善一下衛生,你係難得喺呢兩條街,少數好食又用心嘅小店,唔想見到你沒落🥹
