Restaurant: Tsing Shan Wan Seafood Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次入屯門食海鮮,朋友介紹去咗發記買咗龍蝦,鮑魚,蟶子,扇貝,同埋一條海斑,之後經海鮮檔員工介紹黎到附近青山灣漁港做加工,呢度招牌菜係芝士脆皮龍蝦同埋脆皮鮑魚,呢兩度招牌菜相當出色,咁樣整嘅龍蝦我都係第一次食,芝士好多,好香,好脆!值得推介
