To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過旺角想吃下午茶，突然醒起這間的西多士及菠蘿油很有名，決定來試試！是典型港式的茶餐廳，沒有很寬闊的位置，而且需要搭枱，我們寧願不坐卡位！招牌蛋撻這個是見到別人點我才跟風！很久沒有吃過酥皮蛋撻了，但是這個蛋撻應該放了一段時間，溫度不夠，但酥皮味不錯西多士這是期待已久的邪惡西多士！熱烘烘的西多士漸漸把牛油溶化，再配上糖漿，吃下去的時候有淡淡蛋香，而且麵包鬆軟，感覺一流！咖喱雞扒芝士撈丁這也是邪惡的軸心！沒想到它是原塊芝士上！原來芝士跟咖喱這個配搭也不錯，這個咖喱是典型港式咖喱，不會太甜，也不會太難，味道剛好！但吃得太多會膩...凍奶茶茶味香濃，而且用上黑白奶，非常幼滑，令人一試愛上！其實我很想點菠蘿油來吃，但吃了這兩個已經很飽了，唯有下次！
