New shop in Kung Tong, simple and small sitting on a rather busy road. Although there is no English menu, most food were display by picture. Pricing is average takeaway shop and tend towards the lower end.It did get me worry on the quality. Although there is no English menu, most food were display by picture. Pricing is average takeaway shop and tend towards the lower end.
It did get me worry on the quality. Anyhow with a empty stomach, there urgent need to settle the issue.

We ordered kai sen don (assorted sashimi bowl). With chef recommend the 10 pcs maguro akami don(tuna sashimi bowl) wich they said is limited.

While having the quick meal, we both are happy with the quality, as most of the time we visit shop in Central and Causeway Bay. We pay for similar
quality with over $200. And not to mention the portion is very generous, no parer like sashimi. 
The 10 maguro sashimi don is far too much for me. I can only finish off 8 sliced. But by checking the showcase the toro is very inviting, good marble,  with shiny oil surface.... so I make my last effort to have one. I still thinking how they can have the price go so low and still serve good tuna.
