最喜歡的是這款菜式, 而且價值不算便宜, 睇得出是細心貨, 絕對抵食不是得個貴字的普通貨色這個會比較失色, 吞食魚他他則比較甜, 單食口感比較單薄,全靠青蘋果的微酸刺激味蕾帶起整道菜,提升口感,但以set lunch而言份量會較少, 一份未必夠飽略為偏咸, 得個靚字比普通燒味係好食, 但又唔需要係中環既餐廳食口感特別,建議不要貪得意灑太多海鹽, 數粒已經很足夠
